You don’t have to cope on your own. My aim is to support you to understand yourself better and to help you make changes.
The relationship between therapist and client is very important and an initial appointment will give you an opportunity to talk openly about your concerns and emotions; to experience how we might work together. People come to see me for many different reasons including anxiety and stress; depression; bereavement and separation; eating disorders; relationship difficulties; self harm; sex and gender challenges.
What you choose to talk about will be heard in confidence and you will be free to talk safely without fear of judgement or blame. I am professional, supportive and empathetic although I will challenge you when appropriate or necessary in order to help you gain insight and to support change.
